As Bioscience Country Manager China, you will be responsible to lead and develop Lonza BioScience China commercial team including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop Lonza Bioscience business in China market, achieve annual commercial objectives, and execute strategic priorities.  You will also support APAC value chain leaders to accomplish sales target in China, works with VC leaders to develop and execute BioScience China strategic priorities, develops a strong, collaborative, high performing team, and optimize the distribution channels that are suitable for value chain product portfolios and company strategy. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop China BioScience team for high performance with strong collaboration and winning culture, proper capability building, succession planning Support APAC value chain leaders  to achieve sales target Coordinate and liaise with the Global Product Management and Product Marketing to align on marketing planning, global launch plans, and ensure programs and rolled out using local platforms and systems. Work with global strategy and value chain leaders to develop and execute BioScience strategy that is suitable to the market to sustainably win the China market Develop and Manage effective distribution network to achieve commercial objectives and long term growth and profitability, including channel strategy, distributor selection,  target setting, sales tracking, enforcement of rules and compliance,  performance evaluation. Work with APAC and global Commercial Operations to ensure effective supply of goods and services,  Sales support, Technical services to China distributors and customers, running and developing effective and efficient processes and systems Key requirements: Bachelor or above in Science, engineering or business related majors Extensive experiences in managing / leading Commercial team in life Science industry, with both distribution management & direct sales experiences.
