Ensure operational efficiency, covering deployments, technical testing, monitoring, and 3rd level support coordination for the service workflow management application. Act as a business analyst and interface between IT and the service workflow management Application Owner. Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business drivers and translating requirements into technical solutions. Take responsibility for application documentation and controls relevant to internal controls (QMSE). Support change control for business applications, ensuring thorough System/UAT testing before a controlled release. Provide technical subject expertise for the service workflow management system, assessing requirements, liaising with suppliers, and optimizing existing applications. Your Skill Set Comprehensive understanding of service workflow management solution design, Competence Centre processes, and IT standards. Proficient in SQL Management Studio and Azure DevOps. Previous IT experience demonstrating analytical thinking and effective project management. Inclusive and innovative mindset, emphasizing precision and thoroughness. Strong customer focus, excellent communication, and approachability in diverse settings.
