For the next development step to strengthen international innovation, are we looking in the region Bern for you as: (JUNIOR) PRODUCT MANAGER AUTOMATION YOUR CHALLENGE You report to the CPO, take overall responsibility of an allocated product portfolio. You analyze markets, listen to your customer to understand their needs an and design new products. You manage the lifecycle of existing products, specifying and driving development of new products and services within an international cross-functional teams. You are responsible for technical documentation, marketing leaflets and sales training as well as for technical support for sales and customers. YOUR PROFILE  You have a Bachelor degree in electrical, electronic or mechatronic and some experience in the field of automation and control technology for industry or building technology. You are motivated to learn and develop a product group, provide Swiss quality solutions for global customers with international production centers. You can think strategical, understand customer needs and manage business solutions. You need strong problem solving and communication skills and can speak fluently in Englisch and ideally in German.
